Rick Doyle:
(Marketing, Playwright-in-Residence)

Rick is the staff attorney at The Next Step Domestic Violence Project. He is also a member of the Maine Commission on Domestic and Sexual Abuse. Rick graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and holds an M.A. in English from the University of Maine. Rick’s poetry has earned a Grady Award (1994) and a SpiritWord Honors Award (2001). His one-act play, Regalia, was selected as a winner in the Maine Playwrights’ Contest (2001). Regalia has received several readings and was published in At Play: An Anthology of Maine Drama. Rick lives in Bucksport with his wife Shannon and their son, Robin.
