Running July 8-12, NST's Creative Teen Theater Camp is designed for those who will be entering 7th grade or higher in the fall of 2024.  Campers will focus on the creative aspects of theater, such as writing a show to be rehearsed and performed the next week, how to direct, lights, sound, sets and costumes and all the things that go into creating and bringing a show to life.  By the end of the week campers will decide which roles they want in the following week as we go into production with the play that they have created.  Will they act, direct, run the lights, work back stage, build the set, work on costumes?  It will be a fun, interactive week learning what truly goes into bringing live theater to life!  If your camper only wants to be involved in this one week, that is okay!  If your camper wants to be engaged in week two, please register for the second week at the discounted rate!  Scholarships are available, please contact Lori Sitzabee at lori@newsurrytheatre.org.  Payment plans are available!

The Creative Teen Camp will also be part of the production team!
